This one is all about body positioning and having a relaxed lead. No lady will allow her hand to wrap around her neck like this unless she feels like you’re being gentle but confident. ALso keep your body close to her’s to make this feel the most comfortable.

I often start the class with a shine, but we don’t normally film them. Every now and then you’ll find a video with one in though 🙂
